Weapon Name : Zanpakutos would be Japanese, while Arrancar Zanpakutos are Spanish. Crosses should either be in Japanese or German.

Type : Zanpakuto, Arrancar Zanpakuto, or Cross? (For Vizards, write Zanpakuto.)
Affinity : Any element, but choose one.
Theme : Anything that is related to your weapon. (i.e. an animal or a phenomenon)

Appearance : Of your unreleased weapon. At least one paragraph long, pictures are optional ^^

Zanpakuto Spirit : What your Zanpakuto spirit looks and acts like, what kind of world it lives in, etc. Shinigami only!
