Power Leve: Shikai

Effect: a flash step combined with a spin to quickly move behind the enemy, followed by a combination of two quick thrusts. During the duration of the technique the user uses mastery of Shunpo to move at Incredible Superhuman Speed. Against much slower opponents, the victim might not even notice that the Shinigami even moved an inch from his spot and feel the cut a few seconds after it was dealt. The more Reiatsu the user expands, the faster they can move.

Drawbacks: This move requires mastery of shunpo and it requires at least a Captain-Level Shinigami to be able to use this move effectively without too much drawbacks. For lesser shinigami, the spirit energy needed for the move is very expensive and leaves the user significantly tired. A Captain-Class User or higher however will not be tired so easily, however it still uses some Reiatsu, which prevents them from overusing it.

Plus Asauchi is the name of nameless swords given out to weaklings - senka wouldn't be available there. we should post a description of the power levels or somming.

Yes well I didn't really understand the power level thing too much or knew where to place this move as my character can do it when he draws his zankpaktou so what level would that be

About Shikai/Materialization/Bankai level, probably. It would require that your character is unusually fast if in Shikai or Materialization, though.

I don't really understand what materialization is, can you explain?

Also another problem I see. In shikai form, Kamuyamato's blade is scattered so he can't stab people with his sword. So this is pretty confusing.

I think maybe its power and speed should be equal to a shikai/materialization but you don't have to release your zanpaktou in order to use it. Which would require my character to be unusually fast even for a captain, I guess that could work.

That's the point. Shikai/Materialization is only a POWER LEVEL, not that you actually need to release your zanpakuto to do it.
