Effect: The user expels a medium to large amount of energy from their hand(s) not as an attack but in the opposite direction, the aim is to propel them in a direction, when used with shunpo it increases the speed immensely not to mention critically lowering the amount of steps used, and even move the user when they would logically not have time due to the push

Drawbacks: Though the effect is many times the speed of shunpo the cost of spiritual energy is equal to the advantage it gives, trades the manuverablity of shunpo for the added boost

Yea Shunpo is basic Houo movement so you don't need to make an app for it. Unless it's a specific type of Shunpo like a Super Shunpo.. you don't need to add anything.

the benifit of the ability is the added thrust but since I dont really know how things work what technique is the equivilant to this?

I think it is because he said it was of thrust and flash step, and flash step by itself means shunpo.

Power level is define at the level at which any race can use it at. Like you having to be a vice-captain level fighter or higher. {Honestly} The move wasn't well thought out. It just seems like the improper DI form of the effect of flash cry - used for movement instead of high density forward motion attack. Also the drawback...um dude. Isn't that the same cost for like any technique that uses reiatsu. The cost energy is almost always equal the the advantage of an attack. The only thing in the world of anime that nullfies that is Pain and Naruto in Sage Mode and the technique of Cero Doble (much less any technique that absorbs and bounces an attack back at an enemy)

In any case I can't approve it without you having a character. And...the drawback need to be um...a drawback. Not an expected deficiency of an attack.

I am curious as to how fast you would be able to move? Would you be able to move as fast as a captain? Or higher?

speed far enugh beyond that of ordinary shunpou so that to two shinigami going shunpou speed next to eachother (which would apear standing still relitive to eachother) it would apear to the opponent that the user would have used shunpou from that point

okay if two people are running at the same speed next to each other and one looks at the other it looks like they are not moving correct? Then if one were to perform shunpo they would take off, the same thing is applied to this technique but if two people were doing shunpo next to each other instead of running basically shunpo that evolved beyond shunpo with the thrust

Okay. The Leader or the hollow's Sonido. Is going to completely overpower his Shunpo. Okay. My Final Shunpo is faster than yours and mine is untouched. So the thing is... his is just going to be shunpo, Sonido is always faster than Shunpo, except for Hollow Ichigo's Second Form Shunpo.
