.SITE RENOVATION.
To all our members,
I (Kensei), have decided to renovate the site, which has remained dead since our head Administrator, Baraku, went absent. There will be a new set of rules, a new skin, new profile formats...
Basically, we're starting the site over.
But don't be alarmed. For those of you who choose to return, you will not have to rewrite your application, or change it to the present system. Your applications are still there, resting in the Filing Cabinet -- feel free and ask the Staff to repost it if it has already been approved, or ask them to read over the application and approve it, then move it to the Approved sub-boards.
If you do not wish to roleplay on the site any longer, or the renovation does not appeal to you, all you have to do is tell the Staff in a PM ; your account will be removed without any questions.
We apologize for any inconveniences, and thank you all for your patience and cooperation.
Your loving (new) head Admin,
Kensei

His hair is middle to long length and straight, which is in a ponytail as Celino. His eyes are gray being slightly closed as if he was sleepy when pretending to be Celino. He is about average height and skinny. He wears a white trench coat with a collar not folded down, the coat is not closed. His pants are the basic arrancar style as is his belt. He wears a chainmail shirt which has a collar that goes down below his hole in the front. His hole is in the center of his chest with his number to the upper left of it.
Personality
Basillius is highly deceitful, using an allias and pretending to be far weaker than he really is. He is very calm, partly because he does not care for others’ opinions of his actions (except in the sense of is it smart) which also results in his resolve being unshakeable. He pretends to be very cold but very reliant on a leader, in reality he is significantly kinder to most and is incredibly independent. His persona Celino is also a pessimist, he is however more of a realist. Celino shows little to no interest in everything often ceasing to pay attention very shortly unless strongly assured that the topic is very important, Basillius however is the opposite here. Basillius will usually stay quiet about his dislikes and likes, he stays especially quiet about his dislikes as Celino.
Dislikes: being talked down to/ being underestimated, especially by his inferiors (takes it quietly when his persona “isn’t” stronger than them)
Having things taken lightly (ironic since Celino frequently does this)
Others ignoring their own flaws (Celino also does this)
When people over-react
Likes: Art of any form (especially music)

~~~ History ~~~
When Basillius was a young boy he was fairly average. Not many special things happened to him and his life was pretty normal is what most people would have thought. No one believed that there was anything special about him, they had no clue that this was in fact about as far from the truth as they could get. Basillius was a very special kid; the thing was that what was special about him was totally unbelievable to your average person the kind of thing that people would be absolutely frightened if they believed. Basillius was one of the very few special individuals who could actually see ghosts, he talked about it quite a bit, most adults were quick to dismiss this thinking Basillius was just a kid with an overactive imagination. They had no reason to believe that what Basillius was talking about was real; they had never seen a ghost and for their entire life most of them had been taught one common thing, that there was no such thing as a ghost. For this reason Basillius was labeled as having an overactive imagination but overall things were alright, until something happened.
One day Basillius saw a different kind of ghost than he normally did, not very humanoid at all, much more monstrous something out of a nightmare it would seem. The ghost’s face was covered by a mask and it had a large circular hole in its chest. When he saw this Basillius did what he normally did, he told the other kids and his teacher about it. The teacher didn’t believe that Basillius actually saw it just like always, so the teacher told him that he really shouldn’t make up such a horrible story. Basillius became very fixated with the monster though, when the class was working on an art project if there was a choice on what to make Basillius would always have the monster’s image present somewhere in the final product. The teacher was concerned and tried to get Basillius to stop, without success, then one day Basillius saw the Monster eating another ghost, he immediately told the teacher about this believing that the monster may go after others. The teacher was really worried believing that there may be a problem.
Because the teacher had made his concerns clear Basillius was taken away from his parents and was placed in a foster home. When he got their the other kids asked him why he was taken away from his parents, when they heard why they didn’t respond well, he was rejected by the others; they made fun of him and ostracized him. Basillius tried to get the others to accept him, he was really desperate to be accepted but nothing he tried worked. Eventually he received the message and he became more quiet afraid to even start a conversation with anyone. Basillius had been convinced by the actions of the others that the entire rest of the world was cruel. Since he didn’t have a single friend Basillius didn’t know what to do with his spare time. For this reason he started to spend all of his time studying.
Basillius was eventually adopted during the sixth grade. Both his adoptive parents and his teachers were very impressed by how well he did in school. They told him all the time that they were very impressed by him and that he could be destined for great things. This made him very happy and made him work harder and harder. He had also realized that the others couldn’t see the ghosts, which was to him just another reason to keep too quiet, just another reason that he shouldn’t even bother with the others besides he was preoccupied with his studies. He kept working hard and setting higher and higher goals aiming for the stars. He didn’t care if someone said he couldn’t do something because they couldn’t know that he wasn’t able to do it, they didn’t know him, and they didn’t know his limits. They couldn’t know that kind of thing or really anything about him, he knew that because he wouldn’t take the time to talk to them. He really didn’t care what others thought of him he was quite a bit more concerned with his own success.
It’d be quite an understatement to say that Basillius wasn’t very popular; in fact he was the least popular kid in the school, very strongly hated by his classmates. They stayed away from him for the most part talking behind his back saying bad things and spreading rumors about him, but some were quite a bit more open about their opinions of him openly mocking and teasing him. He really didn’t care though, they were insignificant to him because they weren’t as smart as him and they couldn’t see ghost’s either so as far he was concerned they were lesser, just inferior to him. He ignored them he partly because of the fact that he didn’t respect them and partly because he wasn’t surprised by their cruelty, he expected it from them. Basillius believed that everyone else was cruel without reason, he hadn’t thought that they weren’t only to blame he didn’t think that they would be nicer if he was friendlier. Strangely he was perfectly satisfied with his life if only because though he had no friends he was successful in what he attempted.
One day he was called to the principal’s office along with one other kid to discuss their recent behavior, the principal was anything but pleased with it. No one could really blame the principal for being upset with them, the other kid wasn’t very happy either. Basillius had gotten in a fight with the other kid and that other kid got hurt. It had all started because the other kid had been doing the usual and mocking Basillius but then decided that other people would think he was cool if he actually hurt him instead of just making fun of him. This was perfectly fine with Basillius he didn’t do anything, until the other kid decided to suggest that his real parents abandoned him because they thought there was something wrong with him. The kid’s decision here wasn’t a good one because the suggestion that Basillius’s parents even thought poorly of him prompted him to go straight for a cheap shot and from there proceed to kick the kid while they were down. When the principal asked Basillius about the incident he replied that he really didn’t care if they were hurt and they shouldn’t have done what they did, finally agreeing that he wouldn’t start any fights. He was suspended but after he got back his classmates were afraid of him so they were quiet and stopped giving him trouble.
In high school things stayed pretty much the same as after the fight, most people not only didn’t like him but really disliked him but were far too scared to give him any trouble. He fit in even less in high school but it didn’t matter to him because he was doing very well in school still much occupied by his studies. But when he was 16 a new girl moved to the city and ended up in Basillius’s class, she hadn’t heard a thing about Basillius, the other kids were too afraid to say a single thing. So on the first day of class she went and introduced herself to him. As it turns out she was able to win him over with a show of kindness. That girl who went by the name Reina seemed to understand Basillius, she didn’t think he was crazy when he talked about seeing ghosts in fact she said that she had seem a few people who no one else had. She didn’t make fun of him; instead she just listened to his story assuring him that things would get better and told him that at the very least she would help him if he faced any trouble. Reina ended up being Basillius’s first friend in a very long time. Reina’s kindness shattered Basillius’s previous beliefs about people, thanks to her he was able to trust people again, and he now knew that people weren’t necessarily cruel.
Basillius’s favorite thing came to be seeing his friend Reina. They usually just talked about how life was or played little games. Still this was the one thing that Basillius looked forward to most every day. One day Reina started to feel tired all the time, she was sure it was nothing though and she assured Basillius that it was nothing. She was sure that she would start to feel better soon but she didn’t and eventually she developed a bad cough. At this point Basillius was sure something was wrong so he took her to the doctor, Reina had tuberculosis. Basillius was afraid that she was going to die from it, the doctor however asuured both of them and Reina’s parents that she was going to be alright and that they were going to be able to treat her. The doctor was right for the most part, the treatment was working and Reina started to feel better, it really looked like she was going to be just fine. In fact Reina was just about to let out from the hospital, since she couldn’t spread the disease, but during the night she died. The doctors couldn’t understand why, the disease couldn’t have caused it, not only were the symptoms dying down the way she died couldn’t ever be caused by a disease. Basillius however knew what caused her death though, she had been attacked in her sleep by a hollow, and he knew that they devoured souls but he never imagined that they might actually attack and kill living humans for that purpose. Perhaps it attacked Reina because she could see ghosts, Basillius wasn’t sure and he really didn’t care why, the fact that his friend was killed in her sleep was all that mattered to him.
For the next few weeks Basillius wasn’t at school, he was supposedly grieving for the loss of Reina. Only one of the days was he occupied with the funeral though the rest he spent looking around to see if he could find Reina, he knew that hollows devoured souls, it was a fact he couldn’t forget, it had after all been part of why he was taken away from his real parents and placed into that foster home. However he thought that maybe she might have gotten away, it wasn’t something likely he knew, but he managed to fool himself, and he kept looking for her. Once or twice he caught a glimpse of a girl with long hair and beutiful eyes like Reina’s but by the time he’d saw her he had lost hope and was sure that Reina hadn’t gotten away.
Fairly soon after the funeral and ending his search Basillius developed a constant fatigue. He also was coughing up blood violently, he knew what was going on, he knew that Reina had the same symptoms earlier and she had Tuberculosis, so he had a feeling that he had it too, when he went to the doctor’s office to see if he did, the doctor confirmed the symptoms and told Basillius about the same thing as he had when Reina came in with it. Things were about the same with how the disease responded to the treatment too and he started to recover. After a few weeks Basillius was done with his time at the hospital and he got to go home. Things went back pretty much too how they were before Reina showed up. Eventually though people started to talk bad about Reina and Basillius heard about it, his reaction was not a graceful one. He got in another fight at school this one however was even worse than the previous one, it escalated even further.
Re: Basillius Koray (alias: celino)
Basillius ended up suspended again, and was told by a police officer that he couldn’t do it again and that if he were older he would have been arrested. When he got home he realized that his medicine had been stolen, he didn’t think anything of it at the time though and figured that since he already felt better it wouldn’t be a problem for him. It turned out that he was wrong not too long after he started to feel tired all the time and he was coughing up blood again, so he went to the doctor’s office again. He asked the doctor why he was suffering from the symptoms again and the doctor told him that he hadn’t been cured yet. He also told Basillius that they might be unable to treat him this time but they would try their best to help him. Basillius had to stay at the hospital again.
One day Basillius got a visit from one of his classmates, they were there because they heard that he wasn’t coming back to school. They just came to apologize they had heard that he was back at the hospital because they had stolen his medication. Basillius told them that he was hoping that they would catch tuberculosis too and if he died from it then they just might be the first person he went after. He also said that they and his other classmates were horrible people for making fun of Reina after she died and he wouldn’t feel bad if they all died. Basillius’s classmate didn’t take it well and just left mumbling about him being crazy and not accepting his apology.
Basillius ended up spending his eighteenth birthday in the hospital; he wasn’t allowed to leave the hospital because the disease might spread. What the doctor said was right, they weren’t able to treat him nothing they tried worked so Basillius found himself waiting for either a miracle to occur or more likely his own death. For this reason Basillius’s attitude worsened and when he was visited by someone he didn’t have anything nice to say to them. At one point Basillius was told that if he didn’t have anything nice to say then he shouldn’t say anything at all. When that person came to visit him again Basillius didn’t say a single thing, he didn’t make a sound, his visitor stormed off just like many others, in fact it had gotten to the point where the staff members weren’t surprised in the least by it when someone stormed off like that; they just assumed they were one of Basillius’s visitors. Basillius’s doctor however this time decided that he wanted to know more so he asked him about it, the response Basillius gave was that they stormed off because he wasn’t talking, the doctor thought that it was more than just a little weird that Basillius was able to make someone so upset without even talking so he asked about it, Basillius told the doctor that he was just really good at alienating people.
On his nineteenth birthday Basillius was still in the hospital and just like everyone had thought his condition still wasn’t any better. He dreamed that night of Reina, his dream was that she was still alive and everything was great in his life. During his sleep the disease finally killed him. The last image he saw in his life was that of Reina smiling, so at least in those last moments of Basillius’s life he was happy.
Though his life itself was over this was only the beginning of a new chapter for Basillius; the next thing he knew he was standing by his bed his body laying there motionless and he was un-effected by the disease, for a second he thought that he was dreaming, but then he remembered something, he remembered how he could see ghosts, something that had had very painful effects on his life. He stood there in disbelief shocked what had just occurred to him was that he was dead, and even though he knew it was true he couldn’t believe it. Basillius knew that he wasn’t supposed to stay in this world either but he just couldn’t leave, though at the time he had no clue why.
Basillius waited and waited not knowing what he really could do now or if he even had anything to do. For this reason he just waited and waited he thought about things about his life, what he had done with the time he had been given, how the one person who was kind in spite of who he was killed, and how the others talked about her after she was brutally killed. What he felt was regret about how he had spent his time and sadness about how Reina was killed. He felt terrible what he wanted was one thing, he wanted to turn back time so that he could do things right and keep Reina from dying. Every day he wanted to turn back time more and more but also every day it became much more painfully obvious that he couldn’t and that he probably never would be able to do so, that their deaths could not be prevented. Time made his sorrow grow and he was eventually unable to even think about anything that happened during his life without becoming melancholy. He began to feel helpless, he tried to find people with the ability to talk to ghosts like he was able to when he was alive, but his inability to do so made him feel even worse, no one could hear him he was just there not doing a single thing it was all meaningless, he knew even that if he found out something that could end all the issues for the human race he could still do nothing.
His feelings of helplessness and sorrow grew and eventually came to change into anger at everything, a gargantuan rage that he was put into the place he was. That he would be forced into a position where he was helpless and virtually worthless it seemed was so infuriating to him, he was angry at the entire world’s population as well, that they could be so cruel to someone like Reina who was kind to even him wasn’t just something that made him angry but it was puzzling to him. Eventually everything became maddening to him, his sanity was one of the few things that no one had been able to take away from him but now Basillius was losing his grip on even that, it was a thought that would have terrified him had his sanity not already slipped away beyond his reach. For a while he stayed that way raving mad watching the world around him change without his actions having an effect. Before he knew it he was a monster himself; a hollow.
Basillius was true to his words, he had already chosen his first target the kid who had stolen his medication was marked for death, before he went anywhere else Basillius went to kill that kid and devour his soul. Basillius didn’t have any trouble with it he just went after the kid in his sleep and then he dealt with his soul. After Basillius was done with the boy who he blamed for his death he did what most hollows do first he went after someone close to him, in this case that wasn’t actually someone in his family, neither his real family nor his adopted family, it was his friend Reina who he thought he had started to see more and more as of late. He was right Reina was still around but she didn’t come to see him, perhaps because she was afraid that he would be upset with her for not showing up earlier. Reina had no clue who the monster who was attacking her was, but it didn’t matter, no matter what she did Basillius was going to devour her soul.
Basillius devoured the souls of the others slowly at first, and at first his targets were the people who were cruel to him, one by one they fell victim to him, he had become a true monster something so despicable that it was unlikely that what Reina had said and done had an effect on him but if it did then what he would have been otherwise would be absolutely terrifying. He really was monstrous and somehow he managed to continually devour souls without being stopped for a long time. What made things even worse was that he grew quite a bit more violent in not to long of a time. His growth in violence of action is what made him grow powerful fast which in itself was a big problem, but things got worse, of the few things that remained of Basillius there was his ambition and the lack of respect for others something that had once been dealt with, a flaw that returned to him. With that he became merely a predator trying to consume everything.
This lead to one act of destruction that would evoke sheer terror in anyone who ever saw what happened. He came to a small town and began an attack on the population, left and right people were dying and their souls were devoured in the next instant. The town was quickly consumed by a maddening fear of an invisible and terrible beats, a monster straight from some one’s nightmares, perhaps more terrifying even to the newly slain who could see its horrible mask and the hole in the middle of its chest. It grew to be more and more powerful rapidly as it devoured the townspeople soon incredibly mighty even in comparison to what it was when it started. There were no survivors.
As things went on Basillius became stronger and stronger becoming an aducha. Still he devoured more and more souls eventually his violence came to a repeat performance and he attacked another town. When the hollow was finally met by a shinigami captain there were less than one-hundred souls left and what met the shinigami was not a gigantic monster but a monstrous knight who was about as large as an average human. Despite the shinigami’s best efforts they could not defeat Basillius, they were too late and he was too strong. The shinigami became nothing more than another victim of Basillius who proceeded to devour the rest of the town’s population as well.
What Basillius didn’t know was that his existence was soon going to go through another major change. Soon after destroying the town Basillius went to Hueco Mundo intending to devour the souls of many hollows. On the way to Los Noches he encountered other Menos class hollows a few of which he devoured. Eventually he came into contact with something called the Hogyoku and he suddenly changed. Basillius was turned into an Arrancar.
He went on his way as normal for a while, but after hearing of the current ruler of Los Noches he eventually he assumed the alias Celino changed his appearance slightly and hid his power making himself appear to only be an imperfect arracar, in order to keep under the radar perhaps if he did this he could gather power and achieve his goals without risk of being noticed and stopped. He figured that if he was weak then his goals wouldn't be figured as significant to others and he wouldn't have to worry about people trying to prevent them. He knew that while he was weak he'd be seen as just something expendable, which was in his mind currently better then being a threat. If people were cruel then he knew that monsters would be even more of a problem and he wasn't going to trust easily after how his life had turned out. He wasn't paranoid but he wasn't going to take unnecessary risks.
One day Basillius got a visit from one of his classmates, they were there because they heard that he wasn’t coming back to school. They just came to apologize they had heard that he was back at the hospital because they had stolen his medication. Basillius told them that he was hoping that they would catch tuberculosis too and if he died from it then they just might be the first person he went after. He also said that they and his other classmates were horrible people for making fun of Reina after she died and he wouldn’t feel bad if they all died. Basillius’s classmate didn’t take it well and just left mumbling about him being crazy and not accepting his apology.
Basillius ended up spending his eighteenth birthday in the hospital; he wasn’t allowed to leave the hospital because the disease might spread. What the doctor said was right, they weren’t able to treat him nothing they tried worked so Basillius found himself waiting for either a miracle to occur or more likely his own death. For this reason Basillius’s attitude worsened and when he was visited by someone he didn’t have anything nice to say to them. At one point Basillius was told that if he didn’t have anything nice to say then he shouldn’t say anything at all. When that person came to visit him again Basillius didn’t say a single thing, he didn’t make a sound, his visitor stormed off just like many others, in fact it had gotten to the point where the staff members weren’t surprised in the least by it when someone stormed off like that; they just assumed they were one of Basillius’s visitors. Basillius’s doctor however this time decided that he wanted to know more so he asked him about it, the response Basillius gave was that they stormed off because he wasn’t talking, the doctor thought that it was more than just a little weird that Basillius was able to make someone so upset without even talking so he asked about it, Basillius told the doctor that he was just really good at alienating people.
On his nineteenth birthday Basillius was still in the hospital and just like everyone had thought his condition still wasn’t any better. He dreamed that night of Reina, his dream was that she was still alive and everything was great in his life. During his sleep the disease finally killed him. The last image he saw in his life was that of Reina smiling, so at least in those last moments of Basillius’s life he was happy.
Though his life itself was over this was only the beginning of a new chapter for Basillius; the next thing he knew he was standing by his bed his body laying there motionless and he was un-effected by the disease, for a second he thought that he was dreaming, but then he remembered something, he remembered how he could see ghosts, something that had had very painful effects on his life. He stood there in disbelief shocked what had just occurred to him was that he was dead, and even though he knew it was true he couldn’t believe it. Basillius knew that he wasn’t supposed to stay in this world either but he just couldn’t leave, though at the time he had no clue why.
Basillius waited and waited not knowing what he really could do now or if he even had anything to do. For this reason he just waited and waited he thought about things about his life, what he had done with the time he had been given, how the one person who was kind in spite of who he was killed, and how the others talked about her after she was brutally killed. What he felt was regret about how he had spent his time and sadness about how Reina was killed. He felt terrible what he wanted was one thing, he wanted to turn back time so that he could do things right and keep Reina from dying. Every day he wanted to turn back time more and more but also every day it became much more painfully obvious that he couldn’t and that he probably never would be able to do so, that their deaths could not be prevented. Time made his sorrow grow and he was eventually unable to even think about anything that happened during his life without becoming melancholy. He began to feel helpless, he tried to find people with the ability to talk to ghosts like he was able to when he was alive, but his inability to do so made him feel even worse, no one could hear him he was just there not doing a single thing it was all meaningless, he knew even that if he found out something that could end all the issues for the human race he could still do nothing.
His feelings of helplessness and sorrow grew and eventually came to change into anger at everything, a gargantuan rage that he was put into the place he was. That he would be forced into a position where he was helpless and virtually worthless it seemed was so infuriating to him, he was angry at the entire world’s population as well, that they could be so cruel to someone like Reina who was kind to even him wasn’t just something that made him angry but it was puzzling to him. Eventually everything became maddening to him, his sanity was one of the few things that no one had been able to take away from him but now Basillius was losing his grip on even that, it was a thought that would have terrified him had his sanity not already slipped away beyond his reach. For a while he stayed that way raving mad watching the world around him change without his actions having an effect. Before he knew it he was a monster himself; a hollow.
Basillius was true to his words, he had already chosen his first target the kid who had stolen his medication was marked for death, before he went anywhere else Basillius went to kill that kid and devour his soul. Basillius didn’t have any trouble with it he just went after the kid in his sleep and then he dealt with his soul. After Basillius was done with the boy who he blamed for his death he did what most hollows do first he went after someone close to him, in this case that wasn’t actually someone in his family, neither his real family nor his adopted family, it was his friend Reina who he thought he had started to see more and more as of late. You know that if you're a Vasto Lorde-class, it practically lands you a spot in at least the Privaron Espada, right? :/ Rokuro and I are Vasto Lorde-classes as well, and Che Mariposa is an ex-Shinigami, so...what does it make you?
The intent is not to be a privaron, but a numero since he preteneds to be much weaker uses an alias and stuff like that. I know that he would be one otherwise though, but the character is supposed to be hiding that for some reason.
Well I like it. We all know that the characters all have some kind of personal problem, example: Haruki went crazy and is now a visard, Aroni is about to have a very bad "mental" break down, zoe was so heart broken over her brother that she became an espada. so long story short, it fits.
Before I or any able law administrator (i.e. Shizuku) can approve this. I got to know. Your Regeneration...Can you define it at least.
Oh yeah...and your alias thing is fine. Just as long as some part of your background character pertains to a rank that defines your true power.
We have to follow the rank stat rulings on the site. So mind you if you say that you're a numeros regardless of your alias and you hiding all of your power. You're going to have to live behind the stat number for your rank. It sucks but how exactly would you go about having an application to be a Numeros and then have the power of Espada or another level of equal or higher rank?
Re: Basillius Koray (alias: celino)
He can heal a he can heal insignificant injuries (nicks and small bruises) after one post (mine only), small injuries (light cuts and small bones being broken) in three posts (mine only), anything larger but less than the loss of a limb major gash/cut or major bruising is in five posts (mine only and must only recieve small damage during this time or it resets), and things like arm loss etc. take seven posts (mine only and if he even recieves an insignificant amount of damage he has his time to regenerate reset), organs can't be regenerated.
The idea is that it is all a ruse, my proposal is that while he is strong he has a persona that has his own stats a ruse that he's weaker than he is, the basic idea is that he has a reason to be far far weaker than he is, but if I really can't have my character fake being a weaker character then he is I guess I'd change it to apply for cero espada if I could.
Re: Basillius Koray (alias: celino)
No you can. Just as long as it is explained thoroughly. Really more so just intergrated well. Or rather have some part in your backstory that you may have been a higher ranked Espada. Something along those lines
I'd rather not have the setup being this example: Where you are ridiculously powerful in a specific story, but your rank is Numeros and yet the only explaination for it is that you were faking. So basically I think the right thing to do is to have a rank for that power and story wise say that you were screwed over and had your rank lowered or maybe even never acknowledged.
And that makes sense. Especially considering your character is pretending to be someone else instead of having some other personality (psychological indifference) Which I'm so glad you didn't do I might add. If I see another, "Oh I have this much more insane personality along with my normal one kind of story" I'm going to flip.
Other than that...as the non-standing app. mod right now I probably shouldn't be having this lecture. I say go for it, however, on story by story basis. By that I mean...if your character is abiding by that example, I think I'd have to ask you to change it. (But that's still no big deal)
I say make the posts for your regeneration effect by the timing of your posts. Meaning the healing only takes effect during the number of posts that you have written (i.e. Every three of YOUR post, Every five of YOUR posts etc.) and I'll say APPROVED.
Okay his hiding has been integrated by being explained by not being able to trust people after what happened to him and his regeneration explanation is that the only posts that count towards the time limit are mine.
Well considering you're a Numeros your base stat (reiatsu or normal reiatsu) is 250. All information for stats are located in the Information Thread in the post titled Stats. If you have any question just P.M. me or just open up the chat box ^^
Seeing as I took an interest in this, and I have been talking to him, I know that's not the right fit. The fact is that he told me, "if I can't get him to fake being a numero, I'll just apply for Cero" while Celino might have that low of a Reiatsu, no Espada class character ever would.
And yet you weren't listening. While its true no espada would ever have that reiatsu he's saying that he's just hiding who he really is including that power. However what I said is if he's applying for that rank regardless of anything the rules of stats on the site has to be followed so...As a Numeros his base stat is that number. But I approved the app. so there is no big deal
As a matter a fact, the app. is just used to get in the door. Who am I to question rather he becomes powerful or not STORYWISE. I just asked to specify thoroughly on the situation of his character's strength. Also if there is to be some enormous power status to be seen later on. It's my hope that he will update his application.
Re: Basillius Koray (alias: celino)
Oh that well..
Your base stat is 250. The base stat number is the number that stands for your reiatsu. The 250 is the number that represents the amount of power you have with no releases, resurrecion, and/or stat increasing ability or items.
Your base stat number or reiatsu is then further split into 3 categories. Strength Speed and Endurance. You can split the number 250 any way you would like among those categories (hmm...that's not going to be a large set of numbers but eh...you said your character is supposed to be more powerful ^^)
Your resurrecion is that base stat number raised by a multiplicative of 12. So 12 *250. That new number is then split amongst those 3 categories.
Dude...why are you questioning the SITE's stat management. Not to be too much of a buzzkill but if you want to question that information then you should e-mail our site's founder. The guy who created the stat system. In any case. As Hierro is not specified by a NUMBER on this site, that doesn't matter. And there is some amount of endurance to had other than by the effect of Hierro.
Re: Basillius Koray (alias: celino)
Um..No?
The stats might have been discussed and formatted by you but they were posted by Baraku. Not to mention if his stats has to be one way then everyone's has to. And remember.
Monty <-----------Application and Rules Mod. (nee-chan back me up here)
Shizuku <---------- Minority/Passive App. and Rules Mod. (Temporary Moderation)
Infact I don't think anything about the current stats should change.
There are only two conditions.
1.) If everyone wants to be way TOO technical. The stat system now is simplistic and broad. Which is awesome. This is so dumb statements and questions can be put to bed. Like when Rebel talked about Hierro. Everything that has to do with defensive and general stamina and how many attacks your character can take or rather they can at all has to do with how high your reiatsu is and then that's furthered by the category of endurance.
Meaning----The more reiatsu have the more endurance you can "potentially" have. I say potentially in that you can give at many points as you want to that category. So if your reiatsu is 250 and you decide that you want to give a significant amount of those points to Endurance then my friend...for your character's rank, you have a pretty strong heirro.
2.) If everyone wants to stop having their reiatsu controlled by the released state they are in. By that I mean you could have a max of 10,000 as bankai (example) and you have access to that number in reiatsu ONLY when you release said state. It's the only thing that "sort of" sucks about stats. However we give you guys the freedom to create techniques and items that can influence your base numbers or even individual ones (within reason) or even anything to augment the battle. So even then there's no problem with this half of my own arguement.
Case in point...No complete stat changes unless the founder gets in it. Or rather enough people get together on a post for the discussion of a change. (Hopefully in the Ideas thread.)
Re: Basillius Koray (alias: celino)
Why not just change your rank mid-story. Changing your mind weeks in after approval is kind of...well there's a word for it.
Other than that it would help if you start some stories...and ask for collaborations. That way you can just jump to the rank you need to be in.
Then again I might need to resend that notion. Because if you're going for a high ranked Espada, story would just be too out of place. Just tell me the rank you want and I'll approve it. Because you wrote a significant amount of backstory, I don't think I'd be able to deny you just about any position anyways.
Yeah that's kind of the deal that I wanted a high rank, I've been thinking that I wanted to change my application to that since figuring out that the whole masquerade thing doesn't work but I just recently convinced myself to ask about it. I wrote the whole story intending to be a powerful arrancar so yeah, however I can get to that position I guess but this seemed easiest.
