Rokuro's perfect technique

Name: (perdon moi, but it is spanish first) Gran Rey Cero Perfecto (Big King Zero Perfect)

Race: Hollow (unique ability)

Power Level: 12,000

Effect: A combination of a high powered gran rey cero and Rokuro Tsukino's unique ability, it is a regular gran rey cero, but added with a high charge of electricity. This not only damages the physical (or spiritual) body, but also damages nerves, with the ability to paralyze or stun someone.
Residual charge is left in the victim's body, so if they survive the blunt force, they still are slowed down, this is primarily useful in stopping healing or regenaration. Also, the amount of energy superheats any malleable metal in the blast radius, as any would. This effect is actually an important part in the perfectness as certain metals soften when heated, and if a regular weapon was hit head on with the blast, it could be melted.

Drawbacks: After being used the electricity ability cannot be used again, for a total of ten posts, and cero cannot be used for three posts after (only mine counting). Also, it takes two posts without moving to charge.

If this is unfair, help me change it.

The Aspect, Rebel, is what is the negative virtue of your Rank's number. Loneliness, Old Age [ Time ], Sacrifice, Nihilism, Despair, Destruction, Intoxication, Madness, Greed, and Rage are the aspects he is referring to. What's surprising is that no one has picked destruction. Have we all forgot about Grimmjow already :/.

In any case. This sounds like a technique under one of my abilities. Save for it being combined with Gran Rey. But it sounds good to me. Nee-chan is the one who can actually make the decision right now. Being that I'm not on the site enough around this time I don't see a point in me coming back ever so often to call approval on applications that need a response within a day or two.
