PHYSICAL APPEARANCE. For someone of his rank, he looks extremely normal. Preferring to wear a pink, grey, or black suit, he wears his Arrancar coat without its buttons, with larger collars and several pockets - modified to look almost like a doctor's coat. He wears traditional geta, and always carries on his body candy, ranging from lollipops to throat candy. He has long black hair that reaches his eyebrows, but he likes to keep it this way. He wears glasses even when he doesn't need to. His hole rests under his necktie, which is often quite childish in design, such as polka-dots or flowers. He enjoys wearing white gloves and black glasses, as he believes that everyone, even Hollows, should have some condolences in life. He enjoys carrying around flower-patterned things, seeing them as beautiful. He is six foot three and weighs sixty-four kilograms. Despite his normal appearance, his muscle density is comparable to that of a world champion. His eye colors vary, but usually it stays a murky dark brown. When he is angered his eyes shift from a sharp brown steadily to a flaming red color. If he is given a task in the Human World or off-duty, he will wear a white tuxedo bought in the Human World, complete with a top hat. [ Remember Kaitou Kid from Detective Conan? Just like him. ] His number, "2", is tattooed on his chest, above and slightly to the left of his hole, over his heart.

PERSONALITY. He views everyone as sentinent beings worthy of respect. He is quite kind to everyone around him, even his enemies. He understands that failure and success are just two sides of the same coin and that failure to do something is nothing to fuss over. He enjoys having quiet conversations with those who are also kind and quiet. When he is angered in battle, however, he becomes quite brutal and sadistic, often taking pleasure in killing his enemies. But before that beserk button he always thinks his actions through, and likes to have the notion "innocent until proven guilty". He wasn't always this kind or calm, but life and some other factors have mellowed him up a bit. He is also eccentric, and has the tendency to pop out of random places, such as under the bed, inside a closet, and even down a chimney. He acts like a fatherly being to his Fraccion, looking at them as those who need protection, not the other way around. He has a secret hatred for the other Espada and the current leader, but hides this under a facade of loyalty and camaderie, even to the most uncivilized of them. While he is quite lenient, he does not forgive those who attack him or his Fraccion or those who are too rude. He respects honor to the point that even when fighting he is slow to fight with his full power against women or children. He does not take pleasure with the random killing associated with other Espada.

[Kensei]

HISTORY. 'He' was a knight in the service of some royal family in Japan. He was known for his fierce loyalty to his master and his skill in handling his business. A political coup d'etat launched by the family's rival forced the two armies to start battling, and he was given the command of a special task force to infiltrate the rival's fortress and effectively end this futile war by either holding one of the family members hostage, killing the leader, or striking a deal with them. In the dead of knight, he and another seven or so handpicked, seasoned veterans made their way across the plains of the dead. A shortcut had been previously made through the nearby forest and to the enemy castle. Because he was not familiar with the terrain, he asked the other members to lead the group. They finally reached a moonlit grove of trees. There he was betrayed by the other members of the strike team, who revealed themselves to be spies from the enemy, and was beheaded.

Having lost his life, honor, and head, he was consumed with guilt and hatred at those who killed him. This lead to his soul chain eroding quicker than twenty-four hours, and within two hours of his death he had become a fully-fledged Hollow. He had taken the shape of a giant porcupine-like monster with a hole through its chest. Feeling more hungry then when he had fasted for a month in the forest, he wanted something to eat. Having made his way through the forest, he found the battlefield again. But on this field of blood, he found the figures of those already dead roaming, searching for something. They all had chains attached to their corpses, and some were walking, sitting, talking with their enemies and generally lazing around. One look at these souls told him that these were the things he as destined to eat. Leaping into the densely populated crowd of souls, he proceeded to eat each and every one of them, not discerning enemy and friend in his maddening hunger.

He grew steadily more powerful until he could finally assault the living and devour them. Once he figured out he could by sneaking upon an enemy soldier, he noticed that he could not be seen by the others. He leaped into the enemy fortress, searched his way to the bedroom of the rival family, and ate all five of them. The war ended abrupty, with the enemy forces withdrawing with no visible leader. Using his speed, accuracy, and invisibility, he picked out the weak, the injured, and those who were already dead and ate their souls. The soldiers only thought that disease and bad conditions were killing off their comrades one by one. But once he felt an incredibly large hunger and decided to eat everyone. Killing and eating all the souls of the army, he made the ex-enemy literally disappear from this earth. Having grown exponentially powerful compared to the beginning, he decided to look around for stronger foes to eat. Driven by his chaotic feelings, he made his way to a small city.

There he looked upon his reflection in a pond, and what he saw shocked him. He had never known what had really happened to him, but this made him realize what he had truly become. Overwhelmed by the fact that he must have been punished by the gods for his disloyalty and evils in life [ this not true ], he swore an oath to himself to only kill other monsters, to protect the people of this world. By now he had become something else than a normal Hollow. Driven by something more than just evil and hunger, he went on the hunt for other Hollows and started to kill them. He found that once he ate another Hollow his hunger abated for a small period of time and he thought, finally the gods above are forgiving my past misdeeds, and I can go to heaven. Little did he know but these Hollows finally made him a priority for the Shinigami to kill. He had believed that he had done his duty and was now going to be forgiven by the gods. He was attacked, however, by the gods themselves.

A squad of Shinigami attacked him. He had frantically asked them what they were, why they could see him and why they were attacking, but all he got were swords. Unused to this type of spiritual combat, he was almost killed. He had managed to take two or so Shinigami with him, but they only revealed the fact that they were "gods". Driven mad at this, he proceeded to kill all of the squad before he finally collapsed and was summoned back to the Hueco Mundo. In the Hueco Mundo his rage against the world, even the gods themselves, drove him to kill and destroy anything he came by. He had reached considerable strength when he stumbled upon a group of Hollows massing. Seeing an ideal meal, he launched himself in and started to devour the rest. His vengeful and evil feelings fueled his conscience into becoming the dominent one.

He had finally become a Menos Grande, but one with a crown. Since he had retained all his past memories as well as abilities, he was easily the strongest of the batch that was created that day. He managed to devour the other of his kind, and found he could shoot energy beams called "cero" for great destructive quality. He killed, and killed, and killed and ate many souls. Once he had ate his seven thousandth soul after coming to Hueco Mundo, he felt something start to change his body. He looked up at his prey, and found that he had become smaller. He had also become slightly more humanoid, taking the form of a giant with a circlular blade. Using his weapon proficiently with his knowledge from his life, he managed to kill other Menos Grandes more easily than ever before and started to devour them at a faster rate. He had just about lost any sense of humanity, and was steadily becoming the ideal killing machine, a common stereotype related to Adjuchas. [ He only knew his status after he had become a Vasto Lorde. ]

He wondered further and further from his starting point in the Hueco Mundo, and found that there were other Adjuchas, and other Hollows that had become his rank. Taking pleasure in inflicting pain upon these "monsters" as he saw them, he killed the Adjuchas around him until he became a lone wolf. His powers were increased to the point where he only needed one strike to take down a Menos Grande. Becoming self-centered and steadily more lazy, he used his infamous reputation to force other Adjuchas to sacrifice parts of their body to him. He realized that you only needed to eat a fraction of the body in order to gain progress, so he made hasty attacks on other Adjuchas, ripped out a choice part of their body and ran off before they knew what hit them. With this method he had become more powerful. He decided, one day, to force an opening into the Human World. Finding a Menos Grande, he commanded it to open a Gargantua to the Human World so he could pass through. Telling them to fire their Negacion when he was in trouble, he ventured to the world that he had previously lived in, intent on finding stronger foes to satiate his raging hunger by some degree.

He decided to kill Shinigami, both out of spite and because they were more powerful than eating spare Hollows. Plowing through several squads of these incompetent fools, he became known in the Human World as well. The normal people addressed him as a "serial murderer" while the Shinigami were trying their best to track him down. When he had confronted one with a white coat, however, he had almost lost; the man was to deliver the finishing move when the Menos Grande, following his previous commands, lifted him back to Hueco Mundo using its Gargantua. Realizing that he needed more power, he decided to eat other Hollows once more. Forming a hunting group with another band of Adjuchas in similar situations, they attacked and killed countless Adjuchas during the short time he was with them. Seeing that he was the strongest in their group, he quickly became their leader and was given the first bite of whatever they had caught, giving him a leg up on his way to becoming a Vasto Lorde.

He became a Vasto Lorde out of an accident. He had stumbled down a steep cliff only to find a company of Hollows walking his way. He challenged the leader, another proficient Adjuchas, to a duel, and beat him by taking advantage of the fact that he could control the ground. Once he had killed the leader, he had devoured the others as well, and suddenly felt a lurching feeling. He had become a complete humanoid, whose only inhuman features were his mask and his height. Having become a Vasto Lorde, he decided to stop killing foolishly, but instead find the mysterious figure that handed power for loyalty. He had found the man he wanted after he had ambushed several Hollow/Shinigamis in the Menos Woods, and the man had come out personally to investigate. Explaining his reason, he was taken to the halls of Las Noches, a palace grander than he had ever seen, and was turned into an Arrancar with the removal of his mask. He was sent to the Arrancar Academy in order for him to familiarize himself with his new techniques.

It was at this point that he managed to create his own Ressurecion and skills. He wanted to spar, and had grown even more vain than before. Convinced that he could not lose, he attacked and killed even his newfound comrades. Now feared by Hollow, Human, Shinigami and Arrancar, his pride was soaring, and he believed he was invincible. Using the ground to attack his enemies, he eventually grew to understand Cero, Bala, and even Sonido within a short amount of time. The instructor, before he was killed by him, said that "He was one of the quickest learners that I have ever taught". It was after he had exceeded even his master that he noticed that his life was missing something. Taking several years off to "improve his temper", he went to the Human World, where he hid in the mountains and tried to teach himself patience and tactics.

There he also met his sun. It was a female Arrancar, of presumably the same age of him. Fighting the intruder, it was the only time he had lost. When he woke up in the evening, he had been perplexed why he had not been killed. The woman explained without hesitating. Further questioning told him that most Arrancar couldn't remember their time as a human, and that his case was special, since he had retained his human memories even after he had become an Arrancar. Ashamed at himself, he asked if he could travel with her and to gain what he could. Sparring together, training together, even walking the streets of the humans as a couple he grew to love his partner. As the months passed he regained most of his former personality, the loyalty, honor, kindness, and humility. Having learnt a great deal, he attempted to ask her her name, but suddenly realized that they both didn't have one. Feeling ashamed, he didn't venture to ask her any more, and instead spent his time helping her around.

They had taken up the lifestyle of a human in the wilderness. They would get up, meditate and study together, forage and hunt for food, eat, spar, study, talk, hunt, eat, sleep, and this cycle would repeat itself over and over again. As a result from this returning to his human essence, even for a short while, he grew to appreciate life as it is and tried not to become subject to his Hollow instincts again. Having learnt as much as he could, he thanked her and left, promising to return there in ten years and to remember what he had learnt from his experience. He made a gateway to the Hueco Mundo and entered, walking back to Las Noches by himself. He dressed in the way he is now, with a white tuxedo and an Arrancar coat on top. Little did he know but his powers had also increased during his time in the Human World, because the valuable experience fighting with someone stronger than him eventually lead him to change his styles to complement his weaknesses and use his strengths to win the battle.

When he reached Las Noches, he started to think about a name for himself. He had realized that he had forgotten his name as a Human, so he thought of what to call himself. He finally settled for the name "Amantius", which meant love, so that he could remember about the promise he had made to meet up again in ten years. Then he desperately looked for something else, and decided his name would be Rosario A.C. Esperanza. Having created a name for himself, he walked into Las Noches to find that things had changed. The leader that he had known had been replaced, and there were a lot of new faces. Sure, they had heard his name in stories, but some of them believed that such a strong Hollow was simply fictional. He saw that the new leader was charismatic enough but he was more ruthless than the late one. Knowing that to survive he needed a stronger rank, he trained by himself, but missed the Human World. Less than five years in the Hueco Mundo, and he went to the Human World once more.

There he decided to use his name and identity to live as a human in human society, instead of in a mountain. Travelling the world, he met and sparred with many people of different fighting styles. Most were surprised that their attacks seemed to deal no damage on the man, but Rosario managed to learn a lot from them. Having learnt several styles from the founder of the styles themselves, he headed back to the promised place to wait for his partner. On the day that they had promised to meet, she was not there. Rosario waited for five more years, reviewing what he learnt and living by himself in the mountains, waiting for her arrival, after which he realized that she must have been unable to come to the site. Leaving a polite note, he descended and made his way to the Hueco Mundo. He realized that with his strength he could easily become an Espada, and therefore challenged the current Espada Segunda, Kaname Tousen, for his rank.

[ Hmm, you could ask me, "Man, why are you writing this when you already have a character?" Because...of the idea that a fresh start is a fresh start? I don't know myself, but God, that was a lot I wrote. The history was too long so I had to post it seperately. -whew- Hey, ssj, if need be I'll RP against Tousen like R.R. RPed against Urahara. ]

"Rosario Amantius Celestia Esperanza..." The voice of the Espada Segunda rang across the room. They had gotten Taishi's permission and a spare training area to fight in. The reason for the duel? The rank of the second strongest Espada. Ever since he had come back from the Human World, Rosario had been waiting for Kaname Tousen to accept his challenge. In order to survive with his memories in tact, he must overcome this small mountain. Bowing, he approached Tousen, and stopped about fifty or so feet from where his opponent stood. "I am honored that you remembered my name...shall we start?" He took his time looking at his opponent, at his attire and his unusual eyes and Zanpakutou. Clearing his throat, he put his hand on the hilt of his sword. Suddenly sonido'ing around the blind opponent, he whispered, "Allow me to go first." Putting his hands to the floor, he used Rankyaku mixed with the kicking techniques of Chinese kenpo to strike at the back of Tousen's head at incredible speeds. His opponent dodged the attack, and he also shunpo'd away, landing lightly in mid-air. "Suzumushi..." Knowing an attack was imminent, Rosario prepared his Tutela, but was surprised when instead of some material attack a piercing noise filled the room. Grasping his ears, he fell to his knees but somehow managed to stay conscious. When the sound had ended, he launched himself at his enemy, intent on bringing the duel to something similar to close-combat. It wasn't that he was bad at fighting ranged battles, but from what skills Tousen demonstrated he knew he would be disadvantaged.

Keeping a poker face on, he sonido'd around again, and engaged in melee combat. Having been taught all there is to be taught about swordsmanship and martial arts, he began to slightly overpower the Espada Segunda. Blow after blow, slash after slash, Tousen started to move backwards from his starting position. Rosario could see that the sweat breaking out on Tousen's face was more visible than ever, and decided to press on, of course, until he used the second ability of his Shikai. Rosario had, from his experience in dealing with Shinigami, realized that weak Shinigami had a Shikai and stronger ones had what was called a Bankai, but this was the first time he had met one that had two Shikai forms. Turning Suzumushi into a complete circle, each individual blades were hurtled at Rosario at the speed of a semi-automatic machine-gun. Withstanding the barrage with his lucky Tutela, Rosario managed to divert most of the blades, but some had embedded themselves in his body, blooding his pure white suit. Wrenching a shard out of his shoulder, he threw it to the side. "Lanza de Piedra." Making two three-meter poles of earth, he threw them at Tousen, bringing him down to the earth. Sonido'ing once more, he swept behind the enemy and swung down on the apparently unexposed head...but Tousen merely blocked and counterattacked. Managing to draw his dagger in the nick of time, Rosario managed to direct the force of the blow back to its owner, resulting in the pair of them being blasted to the opposite walls. Tousen picked up his sword and said, "Bankai."

He was somehow screwed. He could not see, hear, or even smell anything. Everything around him was a color of murky darkness, and he could not tell where Tousen had disappeared. Every few seconds or so he felt his opponent strike him with his weapon, landing near-critical hits. His immaculate white tuxedo was now drenched in blood, and he was near the end of his wits trying to find a solution. The wierd thing was, every time the sword pierced his body he could see the opponent for a very brief second, but he didn't know if it was his imagination or not. Deciding that to win this battle he had no choice, he decided to release his Zanpakuto. Unable to hear his own voice, he seemed to lip-sync his activation: "Purge, Gea." Throwing his sword on the ground, he could guess at Tousen's puzzled look. I bet he's thinking, "Why did he throw his sword on the ground? Did he surrender?" Well, he'll find out soon enough. Suddenly, blasts of white erupted from the sword, covering Rosario. When he emerged, he was a giant standing at seven foot five, about half the height of a Menos Grande. Lowering his Zankupatou from his back, he groped around in the dark, surprised that this wretched infernal place had an exit. His previous wounds healing themselves, he pondered how to escape, and decided to rip it open like one rips a tent. Spinning his Zanpakutou, he threw it at the wall. For a breathtaking moment he was afraid that the sword hadn't hit anything at all, and instead of giving him an exit would rather go straight into the darkness and never return. But his fears were nothing more than foolishness, however, since two seconds after he unleashed his power the Bankai's area started to crumble away like shards. Sighing, he looked down upon the now small Tousen, to find that he could use all his five senses. "Shall we slowly bring this fight to a finish?"

His skin had turned from the unusually human color comparable to other Arrancar to the color of cold greyish-white. Tousen, frowning slightly, launched himself at him, and managed to cut through his iron Hierro and land several hits before he could swipe him off. "It's no use...unless you have something else in your arsenal, you have lost." Roaring, however, Tousen attacked again and again. Apparently the tables had been turned, with Rosario the challenged and Tousen the challenger. Blocking, not caring about minor hits to his body - the wounds would regenerate themselves - Rosario was driven to one of the walls. Sighing, he said again, "I thought you were a more rational person, Che Tousen, but you have failed me. Why can't people admit they have lost, like a real man?" Focusing reiatsu to course through his body, he added, "As you can see, my power is to control the earth. Anything on the earth can easily be subdued, but not so easily are those who can fly with their wings, and escape from this prison called the earth. But you-" Pointing his long, white, clawed index finger at Tousen, he said, "-whose wings have been brutally ripped apart...butterflies without wings must fall to the ground. And then the earth will consume them. Cara Serpiante." His aura steadily grew, until it reached Tousen. His feet, his legs, his waist, his chest, his arms, his neck, and finally his head turned into solid marble. Changing back into his human form, he walked up to the new statue. "I'm sorry." With a reiatsu-reinforced tap, he broke the statue and the dust and particles disappeared with wind outside, flowing out of the door into the corridor, and finally outside the prison-like palace of Las Noches. Behind him, Rosario could hear clapping.

He turned around slowly to see none other than Taishi Shotoku, clapping and smiling. Apparently Rosario had been too careless to notice a third power arrive in this room. From his looks, he could guess that Taishi had been here from the start of the duel. Sighing under his breath, he sank to his knees once more, not in an undignified manner, but to swear an oath as the new Espada Segunda. "-and here I pledge to follow the command of the leader of the Hollows, as well as to serve the Hollows and Las Noches to the best of my abilities." And with that his number "78" - indicating he was the 78th Arrancar "born" - changed to a bold number "2" on his chest. He was now officially the Espada Segunda. Bowing once more, he withdrew from the room of the battle, intending to go to his personal quarters befitting that of an Espada. Thinking to himself as he left the leader and the room, he repeated these two words: Not yet.

I really loved that story. An interesting fact is your stone sight ability reminds me of Medusa and the Basilisk. Interestingly enough in both cases you had to look into the persons eyes to be affected and since Tousen's blind he would have no trouble with them. I assume your version is a bit different and doesn't require eye contact. Anyways, Great job!!!

Yamamoto and Aizen both scored a 560/600, while Kenpachi scored a 390/600. So even the strongest of Captains can not exceed a total of 600 points NO MATTER WHAT without tapping into Hollow Powers. Captain-level Vaizards and Powerful Vasto Lord Arrancars can slightly exceed it(/150 each and /900 total). Those below the captain class like Lieutenants and below(3rd seat-20 seat-unranked) are limited to /50 and /300 total unless they are Lieutenant-level Vizards or Adjuchas-level Arrancars or a Lieutenant/3rd seat who knows Bankai)

That is equivalent to 2,790,000 Miles Per Second = 15x the Speed Of Light

...and that would be god-modding. Even in FMA Sloth had a hard time controlling his speed, and he wasn't anywhere above the speed of light...and then you can supposedly travel at 15 times the speed of light, with full control over your movements...it would be like blotting in and out of existence, or teleportation at least. While Bleach is a fantasy, even the fastest people still don't move at 15 times the speed of light. I doubt Aizen could.

And then the speed stat would be blown out of proportion. Gotta make someone lay down some definite rules here on how fast/strong/resistant a character can be, or we'll be having teleporting, super-hard-to-die coakroach-like people that can lift something a thousand times their weight. Does this make sense to you, ssj?

To sum it up, the speeds you just proudly listed are not reachable. Seriously.

Well I didnt want to go overboard but she started it. Unless I misunderstood her quote which is

13,500e5 or 13,500 x 10^5 = approx 800,000,000 MPH and that's just her Normal Speed, she can go to Arround 3-4 Billion MPH at MAX.

No problem. Just thought that the stats system was a system where it was only numbers. Since ssj's speed is 700 and yours is 200, he is approximately 3.5 times faster than you. During the usage of Sonido, your speed becomes temporarily greater, allowing you to move at much faster speeds. That does not mean, however, that he can travel at the speed of light, just that he's faster than you...was what I thought the stats system would originally do. I haven't been active for a long time, of course, so I thought, well...

I didn't mean any offense, I assumed that it was just a misunderstanding.

You probably are the fastest espada but technically I am not an Espada but a couple of steps above them. The Leader needs to be superior by default or else why would his subordinates listen to his commands. At least that's what I think. Again, please dont be mad at me, I never meant to hurt you or anyone else's feelings. I was just pointing something out that I was confused about. At Certain times your speed could be higher than mine like if your released and I am in Base/Normal form or something. But you don't have to be 100x faster than me or something like that. Even a 20% difference in speed or power can be considerable and the difference between winning and losing.
