Description: Two gold wings measuring 5 feet long each with black feathers stem from the back. The two rest on the shoulderblades, also, a helmet resembling, a biker's helmet covers his head. This is black with two stripes of lightning.
Abilities:

Ability 1: he can create electricity, and run it through his body to increase his speed and power

Ability 2: he can charge his body with this electricity to shock others, he can also charge his energy blasts with this electricity

I see no problem with it but isn't Ability 1 pretty much run through ability 2 in the way that you have to charge your body with the electricity? So maybe you should combine those two.. and make a new first ability. But like I said.. beyond that it's all good.
