Apparantly he makes them, i suppose. But I dont see any reason why you cant pm Kensei with your ideas.

Well No...There's a difference in making mission and making the mission guidelines.

If Kensei makes the actual mission then that would suck because that would kind of mean that Race Leader doesn't have control. So guys are going to have to fix that.


Declare the Kensei is responable for the general conscriptions with missions. Like what they can detail or the ranks or how much they are worth. Not the actual mission itself.

Hey, I don't make the rules. And for the record, I don't make the missions either. Andy posted his ideas, I edited them to make them reasonable (I mean, what's with all those Ryou?) and then he can go on and RP! I mean, I'm in the middle - I'm sort of like that sieve that rejects pathetic ideas (let's go catch that cat! do it yourself) and recommends good ones (that assault idea is good all right).

So in conclusion, I don't make the missions. The others do. I just modify them to suit my tastes...uh...standards. A much better word than "taste". But I won't change the essence of the mission - I'll just add a few details to make it more reasonable, or change the rewards a little, or some minor tweaks like that. *sigh* no one understands me... *drinks the rum* But why is the rum gone?!

Understandable...Its just noted that if you are allowed to control, decline/reject misssion complete then that would kind of make you in charge of all races (When it comes to missions) But that's fine.

And damnit if no one's going to answer him. 1.) Because it is a vile drink that turns even the most respectable men into complete scoudels. 2.)!!! That signal is over 1000 feet high, The entire royal navy is out looking for me, Do you even think there is even the slightest chance that they won't see it!
