Congratulations, Kyou-chan!

Celebration! (RP)
Kyousuke opened the sliding door to his Vice-Cap office. He was carrying two plastic shopping bags filled with various stuff that he bought on a sale in the O-Shinigami Super on the way to the office after he had stowed his graduation certificate somewhere safe. He sighed, then looked around. The previous Vice Cap didn't clean up after himself very well, did he? Bags of potato chips littered the floor. Kyousuke picked up a chip on the floor and quickly threw it away. Eww... The chip was rotten. Setting down his bags on a sofa, Kyousuke waved his way through the dust cloud it caused and then began to clean.

Once the room was speckless and the cheap tiled floor shined like it was made of marble, Kyousuke took out the things in his bags. A few balloon backs, a bunch of fireworks, a lot of drinks and a cake with "Kyou-chan (京ちゃん)" on it. He set his Yozakura on a small hook he had nailed into the wall, and began to blow the balloons.

Of course of was coming. Hey Kyousuke...did anyone ever tell you, you looked like this vizard we used to know. Well haha that doesn't matter. He's dead now. Haha...Welcome to the team buddy.

Kyousuke loosened his concentration on blowing his balloons and looked at the newcomer. "Uh...thank you very much, Seiecchi-dono." He started to tape the balloons on the walls, and suddenly asked, "Could you lend a hand?"
