.SITE RENOVATION.
To all our members,
I (Kensei), have decided to renovate the site, which has remained dead since our head Administrator, Baraku, went absent. There will be a new set of rules, a new skin, new profile formats...
Basically, we're starting the site over.
But don't be alarmed. For those of you who choose to return, you will not have to rewrite your application, or change it to the present system. Your applications are still there, resting in the Filing Cabinet -- feel free and ask the Staff to repost it if it has already been approved, or ask them to read over the application and approve it, then move it to the Approved sub-boards.
If you do not wish to roleplay on the site any longer, or the renovation does not appeal to you, all you have to do is tell the Staff in a PM ; your account will be removed without any questions.
We apologize for any inconveniences, and thank you all for your patience and cooperation.

~~ Vaizards (假面の軍勢) ~~
Vaizards are Shinigami who have obtained Hollow powers through the process of "Hollowification (魔化)". In order to access their Hollow powers, the Vaizard must don a Hollow mask, which lets them use some of the generic hollow abilities, such as Cero or Bala. Vaizard don't have a definite hierarchy, and most of the decisions are usually made by discussions.
~ Vaizard (ヴァイザ-ド) ~
Normal Vaizards don't have full control over their Hollow powers. Their Inner Hollow tends to dominate their own personalities when they don their masks. Their masks usually last about 6~7 posts. Most already have their Shikai, but only some have mastered Bankai at this stage.
~ Elite Vaizard (エリ-ト ヴァイザ-ド) ~
Elite Vaizards are those who have fought and won against their Inner Hollows. They show great skill in both Shinigami and Hollow abilities, and can use Bankai. Their masks last indefinitely unless some outside force destroys it.
~ Knight Vaizard (ナイト ヴァイザ-ド) ~
Knight Vaizards have achieved a perfect union between themselves and their Inner Hollows, which greatly increased their Reiatsu. Having enough power to rival a Captain and even overpower them, the have the task of protecting the Vaizard Lord and fulfill the Lord's bidding.
~ Vaizard Lord (ヴァイザ-ド ロ-ド) ~
As the Vaizard's leader, the Vaizard Lord has to deal with various diplomatic tasks or coming up with plans. He/She is able to fight on par with other leaders, and has mastered both Shinigami and Hollow abilities. They are also able to use the Kaihen field.

Vaizard Abilities are divided into Shinigami and Hollow powers. This is the Shinigami powers section.
~~ Releases ~~
There are two releases of a Zanpakuto: the Shikai and Bankai.

There are four special abilities: Hohou, Kido, Hakuda, and Zanjutsu.

- The Shikai, or Initial Release, of a Zanpakuto is the first form that you can attain once you learn your Zanpakuto's name. Activated by a unique command followed by the Zanpakuto's name, the Zanpakuto changes to better accomodate its special abilities.
~ Bankai (卍解) ~

- The Final Release of a Zanpakuto, the Bankai, is the last form of your Zanpakuto. To master your Bankai, you must first fight your Zanpakuto's spirit, then endure gruelling training for at least 10 years. In Bankai form, your Zanpakuto gives you full reign over all its special abilities, and can subsequently increase your power by tenfold.
~~ Special Abilities ~~
There are four special abilities: Hohou, Kido, Hakuda, and Zanjutsu.
~ Hohou (步法) ~

- Hohou, the Art of Movement, includes Shunpo, which is the ability to gather Reiatsu to your feet and use it to propel yourself forward at a fast speed. Everybody's skill in Shunpo differs by the distance and speed that one travels at.
~ Kido (鬼度) ~

- Kido are spell-like abilities that you can use for a variety of tasks, like binding a person or creating a hole. Although it is usually activated by chanting the incantation, skilled people can entirely bypass the incantation by a skill called Eisho Haki.
~ Hakuda (拍打) ~
- Spoiler:
- Hakuda, or Hand-to-Hand Fighting, is when you direct your Reiatsu to your hands and feet, and then utilize your knowledge of martial arts, in combination to the Reiatsu, to attack your enemy. The damage dealt by such blows is determined by your strength and skill.
~ Zanjutsu (斬術) ~
- Spoiler:
- The art of using your Zanpakuto in combat is referred to as Zanjutsu. As you gain more and more skill in Zanjutsu, you can utilize more and more complex maneuvers. When used in synchronization with your Shikai or Bankai, Zanjutsu can greatly increase the power of your Releases.

~~ Hollow Mask ~~
- Spoiler:
- A Hollow mask allows the Vaizard to use various Hollow moves. It also increases the Vaizard's Reiatsu, Speed, Power, and Indurance significantly.
~~ Abilities ~~
~ Cero ~
- Spoiler:
- Ceros are Reiatsu blasts fired from various body parts, such as the mouth or hands. It generally takes form in a ball of red reiatsu, which envelops the target and blasts it to oblivion.
~ Bala ~
- Spoiler:
- Bala are another version of a Cero: they give up their tremendous power and replaces it with speed. A Bala is at least twenty times faster than a Cero, but this depends on the person's skill.
~ Geppou ~
- Spoiler:
- The Vaizard can hover the air itself by concentrating Reiatsu to their feet, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual. The user can either move great distances or fire aerial attacks.
~ Rankyaku ~
- Spoiler:
- Rankyaku is a Reiatsu-based projectile technique where the user kicks out at very high speeds while concentrating Hollow Reiatsu into the blow, sending out a sharp "air blade" that can slice objects.
