That may be, but his stats do actually change like in the manga. He called his 2nd form of Bankai, the true form. So it implies at least 2 forms. Whether or not that is the case is beside the point. Since each of them give Kamuyamato different stats thats all that matters.

Ah,opps sry,Blazer of 10th Captain repotiong and hi all of you Taicho-sama.Well in my dream I saw a big large Baraku-sama saying,don't sleep or I will punish you by patrolliing night shift.Ouh new guys yay.

Kamuyamato shook Blazer's hand and smiled.

"Nice to meet you Captain Blazer-san. My name's Kamuyamato Iwarebiko, Captain of the 6th division."

Kamuyamato then bowed his head as a sign of respect.

Light walked up to Blazer, who was apparentally the 10th Division Captain. "Hello Blazer-Taicho, I'm the new captain, of the 5th squad, Light Tsubasa, great to meet you!" Light bowed to him, since Blazer was technically more experienced in fighting, and being a shinigami, than he was, and felt it would be rude to not bow.

"It seems Blazer-kun is asleep...again..."
