The Gathering

[Baraku]

Baraku stood above the Shinigami who had gathered in an open space outside of the 1st divisions HQ.He stood looking at them, so very few, they had really felt the effects of the war.

"I have gathered you all here today for a number of reasons. First is to congratulate you all on how well you've coped with the recent events, especially the newly appointed captains who have stepped up to the job. Secondly is to offer my thanks to those who gave their life's in order to protect all of us. And lastly is to prepare ourselves, Taishi and the hollow will be back to finish what they started and we need to be prepared to defend once again. They won't be back for a while as there numbers considerably cut, but they will, and the hollow numbers will increase faster than ours. So we must train as hard as we can, train your sub-ordinates and those of lower ranks, train yourselves to become stronger, train with your superiors to increase your skill and experience. We will also begin intelligence missions to find out what the hollow and Taishi are up to. Thank you ll for coming, your dismissed."

Baraku turned to face his leuitenant and walk back into the 1st division's building, he knew he must also work hard towards their goal also, and it would start today.

Kamuyamato confronted the Sotaicho after the gathering. He wanted to have a few words with him. "Captain Baraku-senpai, The Great War must of been very terrible day for Soul Society. So many of our brothers and sisters were lost that day. I also know that Captain Kuchiki was one of the great hero's of the Great War. I heard he even saved your life and played a key role in holding off the Hollow Leader. I am very very sorry. You two must of been close. I hope you do not hold a grudge against me for my sin." Kamuyamato hoped that his words would reach Baraku-senpai.

[Baraku]

"He was a very good friend, and I'm sad that he is dead. But he knew full well what he was getting into so I'm more mad at him for not just stepping down and letting his foolish pride mean he had to die."

He looked the captain straight in the eye, his focus unwavering.

"Many of our comrades fell during the war, but we need to carry on for there honour and aacrifice not to be misplaced, I expect good things from you. Don't let me down."

[Guest]

Kamuyamato bowed in respect. Then he hugged the Captain in a bearhug type hug, while picking him up high in the air.

"Thank you, Captain-senpai. I will make you proud! I won't ever let you down!"

True to his word, he didn't let him down and he kept hugging him while Baraku was hanging in mid-air(Kamuyamato is very tall).

"Let me down!"

(It's meant to be a joke, If you understood the Irony)

Andriel walked up to them and said: why´re you haning in mid air cant you like punch him so he drops you? Andriel showed his ginlike smile.

"Um-The Captain Commander would never punch me...um...because..um..I am his favorite captain....um...even though I killed Byakuya....right, Baraku-san?"

"Oh crap!....I hope he doesn't hold grudges....just because I killed his family.....you don't think he will hold a grudge against me, right?"
