New Captain Spar

[Baraku]

Baraku stood, waiting for his new captain to come to the arena, as a sort of right of passage. To allow Baraku to assess his strength and skill in battle. Today was a windy day, but a clear one with the sun raidiating heat over his back. Baraku crouched down and began to pick the grass up from the field, then burn it away with his reiatsu. He got up when he felt a new presence behind him, and turned to face them.

Ah, Captain-Commander, Are you ready ,sir?

Captain Seieichi had been given an invitation to battle. He didn't want to ,but he did not feel like disappointing anyone. This was especially the courtesy he wanted to show to Commander Baraku.

[Baraku]

"Ah thought it was you."

Baraku looked at Captain Seieichi and gave him a brief smile.

"Let me explain whats going on, this training exercise is just for me to decide your power and what your capable of handling at the moment, and you never get a better feeling of how someone works then when you fight them. I want you to use your full power, and do try to kill, this is supposed to be fun."

He looked at Seieichi, who looked at little nervous, but still composed. So Baraku took his fighting stance.

"Come."

"Commander, I do not know about the objective to kill, but I will show you what my strength defines"

Haruki pulls the the sword from his immediate side and as if to whisper he calmly declares "meld together, Gohoshigore" A faint but noticable wave of air appears around the blade.

Haruki normally took the defensive in his fights but he had to prove his worth against the commander. He charges forward at Commander Baraku with blinding speed.

[Baraku]

"Hmm I see he decided to take my advice and charge, I suppose I shouldn't be rude."

As Seieichi was charging towards Baraku he pulled out his Zanpaktou, Enshou.

"Ho Shutsu Enshou."

Baraku's zanpaktou released a huge wave of reiatsu flattening all the grass down to the floor and stopping to the wind in the area for a moment. He then ran towards Seieichi and swung his zanpaktou at him

The blast of reiatsu was quick but it was enough to stop the induction of wind around Gohoshigore. "Could his zanpakuto manipulate the air?"

--- Captain Seiechi had never seen the Commander's shikai before, only legends told of it's name. Haruki's zanpakuto was known all too well. It's demonstration upon acceptance to captain's position as well as it's detailed use was more than enough infomation for those in the Seireitei to decipher.---

The commander and Haruki's blades clash with force, but without the surge of air energy Haruki's yield was slightly off. Commander Baraku didn't rely a smile but there was a semi-morbid look of anticipation on his face.

Haruki reacted quickly to unsheath the second sword to the right side of his haori. From being pulled water invokes it's fresh iron. He clashes the sword against Commander Baraku's Enshou and as it hit, water surrounded his upon's Zanpakuto. Haruki then reached forward with his left in order to strike once more with the blade covered in air.

[Baraku]

Baraku blocked the hits from the new blade Seieichi produced from his haori, this one being water. And then blocked the second swing from the air sword, the hits were strong but no intent to kill or hurt. Baraku needed to show this naive captain that killing was sometimes the lesser of two evils.

"Nenshou Yaiba."

As the two were pushing swords against each other, Enshou was getting hotter, and the water was evaporating rather quickly creating steam all around them. Baraku used this as cover and shunpo'd directly behind him and take another swing at Seieichi's back

The steam kicked up from the heat of the commander's blade spiritual pressure. As the steam covered the immediate area, Haruki wasn't fooled once instantly calculating the cover's purpose. Haruki quickly spins invoking the use of both blades immediately turning the steam into ice surrounding the circumference of his personal area.

It was able to keep the commander at bay.

"Commander, that speed was unreal..." Haruki declared in amazement as he put away the blade encompassed by water for the first blade on the right side of his haori.

[Baraku]

Seieichi had turned all the steam to ice, a very smart move, but with one swing of Baraku's blade and it melted. He somewhat smirked at Seieichi's comment on his speed.

"You havent seen anything yet."

Baraku was about to go on the attack when Seieichi put away one sword for another. He needs to start using those abilities of his Baraku thought to himself, he wanted to get him up to his full power. With this Baraku shunpo'd in a released a barrage of attacks at his top speed with his burning blades

Even though the commander's attack intensified, Haruki kept on the defensive.

His decision to switch to the blade with fire attribution was the right decision as the commander onslaught required a much harsher tone of strategy.

The commander's strikes were quick and powerful. Haruki's convinction was deeming but the commander was definitely not going to let down. Captain Seieichi looked properly for an opening out the attacks. When the timing was perfect he jumped back in the air while crossing his blades. Swinging them both (The blade of air and fire) in multiple sequences, Haruki let off heated blasts of air at the Baraku.

The commander had somewhat of a dissapointed look on his face since Haruki broke the confortation for a long-ranged strategy.

Haruki was no slouch at shunpo [as well] as he blasted acrossed the field while continuing his long ranged bombardment.

[Baraku]

Seieichi had jumped away from Baraku's vicious onslaught, and began firing waves of heat towards Baraku.

"hmph."

Baraku just let the waves hit his body with what sounded like tremendious force, but Baraku remaind still and unphased.

"What did you think fire would do to me!? Let me show you show a real fire attack. Kaon Kesagake!"

The tips of Enshou began to glow a bright white as the heat gathered, then baraku swung vertically down with both sai. The slashes sent two waves of intense heat streak along the ground towards Seieichi, burning the ground to a cinder as they went.

"What?!"
Despite Haruki's change in strategy it was short ended as the commander unleashed 2 enormous blasts of energy towards the ill-fated captain. An explosion went off upon impact.

In the aftermath, Haruki was unharmed. The area around him was blackened by the power of the previous attack though the ground near Haruki was untouched.

The commander was slightly confused but then noticed that Captain Seieichi must have switched blades.

He breathed heavily. If it wasn't for him drawing his sword and manipulate the earth in front of him for cover he would have definitely been in trouble.

Though there was a slight appreciation of the quick response, the commander began to become flusterred at Seieichi's seemingly weak resolve.

[Baraku]

"why don't you fight me, you have a very good zanpaktou use it. You say you want to protect. How can you protect if you can't stop the enemy. Defence is fine, but a battle is only won when one cannot fight any longer. SHOW ME YOUR SKILL, SHOW ME YOUR WILLING TO PROTECT!!! AND IF YOU CAN'T, THEN YOU NO LONGER DESERVE TO BE A CAPTAIN."

With this Baraku unleashed his full strength, he released enough reiatsu to crack the very ground he stood on. The air became thick and heavy, the grass wilting under the enormous heat from Baraku's reiatsu.

"I'll tell you again, come."

"You're right. You're completely right, Commander." However I do not rely my ideals through just the sharpness of these blades."

Haruki looked down at his swords. Disgusted and at the same he could do nothing but acknowledge them. Even though he was in the midst of battle, they carried a luster with them. Haruki then looked up at captain and the gleam in his eyes matched that of his blades.

"Captain, I won't deny your statement!"
He then threw the blade surrounded in air toward Commander Baraku. He easily blocked it with easy

"Killing, is something I've done before and IT'S torn me up inside...."
Drawing forth another sword, Haruki throws the blade surrounded in earth towards the commander

"But...."
Throws both the blade wielded in fire and water

"But... I've protected everyone"
Throws the last blade surrounded in electricity
"WITHOUT STAINING THESE BLADES!!"

The commander looked on and even though Haruki made his heartfelt conviction known he seemed to wonder why he placed himself at a disadvantage.

"Prepare yourself, commander!!" BAN...KAI!!!

"My thoughts upon air, my passion unleashed through fire, my resolve rooted through the earth, my soul calmed through the water....and my judgement and anger released through lightning.....meld all of these together as one!!"

HITOMI GOHOSHIGORE!!

Andriel walked into the training area and saw the new captain and the commander fight. "aoooh, Im late again" Andriel drew his zanpaktou and said one sentence "Let the ninhtmare begin, Shindarou!" Andriels zanpaktou began draining reiatsu form the opponents to form the blade. Andriel charged and only thought one thought "Hope hes some fun at all"

[Bero]

Light shunpo'ed into the arena, feeling Andriel's reiatsu from his office. I'll be your opponent, let Baraku-taicho and Haruki battle eachother. he nodded, waiting for Andriel's sign of agreement.

Andriel turned to face light and smiled madly. "Alright, Light" Andriel said with a weird glimpse in his eyes. Andriel instantly charged Light and stabbed him with one of his swords. "Man, you`re a pain in the ass."

Taishi Shotoku appeared in the Seiretei using a special Garganta that was small enough not to gather too much attention from nearby Shinigami. He then used the power of Kyouka Suigetsu to make himself look like an average Shinigami. His face and body were now disguised to look like some random Shinigami and noone should of been able to recognize his true identity by simply looking at him.

Taishi walked up to the two Captains fighting. He then approached them right between them, unfortunately for Taishi(Or so it seemed). The Captain Commander's was too caught up in the battle to notice Taishi and stop his attack in time. Which means that in less than a second, his attack was about to decapitate Taishi's head off his body, literally. However Taishi, in his disguised form was unfazed and merely raised his finger and focused some Reiatsu into it and blocked the attack with only one finger just as Aizen had done with Bankai Ichigo. After that scene, they stopped fighting momentarily and looked confused and shocked.

Taishi, in his disguised form, was the first speak, "I just graduated the Academy and joined the 13th division, do you mind If I spar with you guys?"

[Baraku]

" No, leave."

Baraku said to the unknown 13th division squad member, while giving him a cold stare. As he knew where this reiatsu came from, an all to familiar feeling.

"You should go back to wherever you came from."

He went back to focusing on Seieichi whose bankai was certainly impressive. the elements swirling around Baraku ominiously. Baraku was impressed by this, and the fact that he made a move on the offensive. But now it was time to end this game, it was time for Baraku's bankai.

"You've done well, you managed to keep up with me. But now I will show you why I'm the Commander of Gotei 13. BANKAI!"

With this a small pulse of energy went out, and the area was eeriely silent for a good 5 seconds while baraku just stood there. Then came an almightly blast of heat wiping out all the grass and rocks in the area. As the dust settled Baraku was just stood there, with Enshou now in its gloved form.

Baraku then began to charge up his blades and released 2 more waves of heat towards Seieichi, but these were ona whole different scale to the ones previously shot out.

"lets see you stop them."

"No, Commander...That won't be enough"

Captain Seieichi encompassed the blazing mass of fire to his front, only thinking of the commander's last powerful attack. As the saying went "fight fire with fire" and Haruki's full intent was to do just that.

As the flames wisped heavily he placed his hand towards it.
"Hado # 33, Soukatsui!!" A blast of blue flame mixes with the swirl of fire and crashes with the commander's oncoming attack. The equalized force from Haruki's attack was a mixture of kido in combination with the mass flame effect of his bankai.

The commander was awe struck.

"Understand...Commander. At this point that definitely would not stop me!"

[Bero]

Light grasped Andriel's blade, as his hand began to bleed a bit, though his expression didn't change from it's intent to fight and win. I'm a pain in the ass, correct as I've been told, [color] he told Andriel, not yelling or screaming, crying or sighing. His mood and expression were the same, impatient and blank. He released some reiatsu through his hand, pushing Andriel back 300yrds (900ft). He sighed as he had always done upon a weak or juvenile opponent.

[color=darkblue] Glow... Destroy... and Freeze, Gyouko Tenrai Hoshikuzu! he yelled spinning the guard of his zanpakuto and removing it, placing it on the hilt. The zanpakuto changed into it's completely frozen, icy shikai form. Alright fool, let's take this to the next level! he said, shunpo'ing over and over in a random direction, as he appeared behind Andriel and slashed down upon him.

[Baraku]

"You can't be stopped, know your place. This was never about winning your losing for you, just surviving and impressing me. I am interested as to how far you will go to prove those words."

Baraku's expression was something between bewilderment and amusment (bemusment?), he was looking forward to seeing, hopefully now, this captains true potential. But on the other hand he was also offended that a new captain seemed to think he could stop Baraku, but he assumed it was talk rather than delusion. Baraku brought his right hand up across his chest, then shunpo'd nigh on instantly in front of Seieichi. He then swung his fist back across aiming straight for his head.

(Sorry Baraku, Alluding the the P.M. earlier. It's not Seieichi being arrogant or anything. It's a personality change due to being involved in conflict. How can any character prove anything if they don't give it their all. That is why most anime/manga and RP characters insue a more emotional cadence. Specifically for shounen. This is a shounen RP. Not arrogance or forced strength. Just resolve due to conflict.)

Haruki is hit with tremendous force from the commander. So much so that he is sent flying backwards. He gathers the wind towards his back in order to stablize out of the surprising increase in speed that the Commander should him.

Captain Seieichi thought of nothing more than a counter attack. With a flash step, Haruki jumped to the air and compassed the lightning and wind of his bankai.
"Bones of a straggling beast, spire, crimson crystal, disc of steel, when the wind shifts, and the emptiness ceases, let clash of lances resonate through the relinquished castle!" Hado # 63!! Raikoho!!

Infused with air and lightning, Captain Seieichi let loose a burst of thunder that seemed to rival the highest level of hado in power. He could normally preform it without its chant, but he would make the Commander take a knee with everything he had.

[Baraku]

Baraku readied himself for Seieichi's kido attack, he raised both his arms to cross Enshou in front of his face to attack as a guard.

"Seikon Sesshu Yaiba."

Now he would at least reduced the attacks power and replenish some of his energy, but even still this was going to take some effort. The attack slammed into Enshou with a huge amount of force sending the dust away from him. This attack was very strong, strong enough to push Baraku back a few steps. The longer Baraku blocked though, the weaker the attacker became, so Baraku swiped each blade away from him and spilt the attack into two forcing it to go around him. The attack caused a lot of devistation behind where it had landed, with a crater left in its wake.

"I'm now going to show you a technique I've been working on, this is the first time I've used it in battle."

Baraku started to spin using Boushi Shunpo, whlist extending his arms straight. He was creating a mini tornado around from the speed alone, the began the technique.

"Nensho Yaiba."

Enshou began to burn, and released wave after wave of intense heat screaming out in every direction

As the waves of inferno surrounded the area, Haruki looked in short despairation. Partly because of his kido being disabled. Not Even the combination of Hitomi Gohoshigore and Hado 63 had any astounding effects [on the captain] However his stillness is now directly due to this "new?" technique.

There was no use. The battlefield around them carried a scar of destruction - torn and scorched beyond imagination. Two parts of Hitomi Gohoshigore was used up as the earth could not be salvaged and mass of water began to evaporate in front of his eyes. Seiechi knew that he couldn't block this but he would match it the best that he could

"This is it, Commander." "I will muster everything I have with this!" I'll show what I can become at my current zenith!!"

Combining the flames, air, and lightning with the upmost priority and will, Haruki prepared for what looked to be his "true" final attack. Placing together his arms in front of the amalgamation of the swirling elemental phenomina, building his spiritual pressure as high as possible.

"Hado #89 Hiryugeki Zokushintenraiho!!"
Roaring like a chorus of cries, fusing together, a blast of energy unleashed foward from the determined captain.
